SPFAST would like to thank everyone for their generosity in support of this organization. For those of you who contributed to SPFAST last year via the Charitable Campaign, your donations will end after pay period # 26 (There is nothing the Trooper needs to do to cancel, since we are not utilizing this forum). For 2011 we are using two options where a trooper can voluntarily contribute to SPFAST; the first is a payroll deduction through the New Jersey Law & Public Safety Credit Union, (you can download a form here) and the second is a donation to SPFAST directly at P.O. Box 43, Sea Girt, New Jersey 08750. Attached is the credit union deferral form. Current credit union members only need to complete their name, account number and the deferral amount per check. These completed forms can be forwarded to P.O. Box 43, Sea Girt, NJ. Once again thanks for all of your support. If anyone has any questions feel free to call SFC Ron Kirby @ 732-501-1500.
